We expect check or cash upon receipt of the invoice. For select businesses, we may extend terms to net 15 days at our discretion. Interest of 2% monthly accrues on unpaid balances after the due date.
Accepted payment methods
- Cash or money order – when you pay in person
- Business or personal check – accepted at our discretion, either in paper or electronic form (bank bill-pay). Make check payable to Creative Tech Support Inc, 1331 W 67th Place, Denver CO 80221-2685
- Square – present your credit card to the tech at the time of service. Simply swipe & sign.
- PayPal – sign in with your PayPal account. See instructions below.
Using PayPal
With PayPal, you can pay your bill with either PayPal funds, a credit card or bank account you’ve linked to your PayPal account. It takes just a few clicks and there are no fees. Don’t have PayPal? Set up a free account in a few minutes.
- Go to PayPal.
- Click Send at the top.
- Type the email address pay@creativetechsupport.com.
- Enter the amount you’re paying on your account and click Continue.
- Click Goods or services. You won’t pay any fees.
- Log in with your PayPal account or sign up.
- Pay from PayPal funds, credit card or bank account.
- Enter your invoice number(s) in the subject line.
- Click Send Money.
